After a fairly tough plane trip for the boys we arrived in Sharm El Sheik and were picked up by our driver! Yep it was 5 star all the way for the next 24 hours! We had booked into the Crowne Plaza and we shown to our rooms on a little golf cart... very funny - well for Paula and I who werent on the verge of dying! We checked into our hotel (that is the view from our room above). Anyway we checked in and got the boys sorted - Doctor Bayliss had to do rounds again as Richie went downhill fast and Shane was also not in a good way! It was so good to have a nice hot shower and an excellent bed to sleep in - heaven I tell you!
The next day Paula and I headed down to enjoy the facilities and the boys enjoyed the fact that they had two bathrooms to share that were incredibly clean and luxurious in comparison to the last places that we had been staying! Paula went down to the water for a paddle and ended up with gorgeous tropical fish swimming around her ankles - quite amazing! After a fantastic breakfast we explored down by the water and set ourselves up at the beach...
We quickly found the massage tables and booked ourselves in for some pampering - it was bliss! The massage lady was a little bit crazy but that all added to the charm. The people watching at this place was amazing and we could help but watch all of the different types of tourists that were there enjoying the sun. It was very tempting to stay on much longer but we had to keep on to Dahab as that was our real relax spot!
Shane & Jase did manage to make it out of the room for a bit of snorkelling and sun but that lasted about 15 minutes before they had exhausted themselves! We eventually checked out of the hotel and headed to the airport to pick up Jon before making the trip to Dahab!
